General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (referred to herein as "the Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and 99gt ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting service accessible at 99gt.vip. This Agreement governs all activity conducted by you on the platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, use of sports betting markets, claiming of bonuses, and any interaction with customer support.

99gt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect from the date they are published on the 99gt.vip website. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms and Conditions are written in English and are intended for players located in Bangladesh. In the event of any discrepancy between any translated version of this document and the English version, the English text shall always prevail. All communications between you and 99gt's support team will be conducted in English.

99gt operates as an online gaming platform providing casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting services. The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balance displays, wagering requirements, bonus amounts, and win/loss records are denominated in BDT. No foreign currency conversion is applied at the cashier level.

Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on 99gt, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. 99gt is strictly an adults-only platform.
2. You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, proxy, or representative of another party.
3. You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
4. You do not already hold an active or suspended 99gt account under any name, email address, phone number, or payment method.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the 99gt platform and your self-exclusion period remains active.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, or affiliate of 99gt, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

99gt enforces a strict one account per player policy. If you are found to have registered more than one account — including accounts in different names, on different devices, or using different email addresses — all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, and any balances or winnings associated with them will be voided. In cases where duplicate accounts have been used to claim bonuses multiple times, 99gt reserves the right to recover the value of those bonuses from any remaining balance.

Account Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 99gt will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

You agree to notify 99gt immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspicious transaction in your transaction history, or any compromise of the device you use to access the platform. Until you provide such notification, all activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

• You must keep your registered email address and phone number up to date at all times.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the platform.
• You must not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform's software. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or coordinated bonus exploitation.
• You must not use the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling in BDT.

99gt employs automated monitoring systems that flag unusual account activity for review. If your account is flagged, you may be asked to complete additional identity verification (KYC) steps before withdrawals are processed or before gameplay may continue. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99gt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 99gt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by the platform, though your mobile financial service provider may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your 99gt account balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances where a network delay affects the confirmation of your mobile banking transaction, the credit may be delayed by up to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount of ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account — this anti-money-laundering control ensures funds are returned to their source. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and a selfie. Processing time for verified accounts is within 24 hours on business days.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 99gt offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is communicated to you, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms (e.g., "20x wagering requirement" means the bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets twenty times). Bets placed on games with an RTP above a specified threshold, or bets placed in certain game categories, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates will be stated per promotion.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the time window stated in the promotion (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit).
• If a withdrawal is requested while Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are still active, the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited.
• 99gt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after Bonus Funds have already been credited, affected players will be notified and the unused Bonus Funds removed.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, arbitrage betting to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploitation of bonus terms loopholes — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 99gt platform — including slots, live dealer games, and table games — are operated either by third-party game providers (such as Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming) or directly by 99gt. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the individual game rules will prevail for matters specific to that game's mechanics, and these Terms will prevail for all account, financial, and platform-level matters.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on 99gt produce outcomes using certified random number generation systems. The RNG systems used by our third-party providers are independently tested and certified for fairness. 99gt does not manipulate the outcomes of any game. In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, the round in question will be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to your account balance.

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or incomplete event, 99gt's settlement rules for that sport's category will apply, as detailed in the sports betting help section. 99gt does not accept bets placed after an event has concluded. Any bet placed on a market that has already settled due to a system error will be voided.

Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your 99gt account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] from your registered email address. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 99gt will process the closure within 5 business days. Any Real Money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.

99gt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods.
• Attempted or confirmed exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or misconfigured odds.
• Registration or gameplay by a person under 18 years of age.
• Breach of responsible gaming obligations, including circumvention of self-exclusion measures.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions filed against 99gt.
• Any activity that 99gt reasonably believes may expose the platform or its other users to legal or financial risk.

In cases where an account is closed due to verified fraud or material breach, 99gt reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to recover any funds paid out in error. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error are entitled to submit a formal dispute to [email protected] and will receive a written response within 10 business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99gt's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99gt is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if 99gt has been advised of the possibility of such loss. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

99gt does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 99gt will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Gambling is an activity that carries inherent financial risk. By using the 99gt platform, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. 99gt is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal gameplay. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling activity within your personal financial means.
